Overview
Hi! We are excited to offer intern spots for the opportunity to learn, work with, and contribute to our team from April to June 2024. While this internship is unpaid, selected candidates will have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in brand building and e-commerce while enjoying exclusive team perks.
Following an evaluation in June, there is a possibility for the internship to be extended through the Christmas season (where real magic happens 😆) , with the intern taking on the role of a Christmas elf. After Christmas, further evaluation may lead to the potential of becoming a part-time or full-time team member, if interested.
You will work in a hybrid model; you can work remotely mostly, with one day per week in the studio along with some offline events and photoshoot days.

Responsibilities
As an intern, you'll have the chance to diversify your skills and partake in engaging projects.
The job duties, adjustable based on your strengths and learning enthusiasm, may include:
- Social media content creation: Crafting engaging content to captivate our audience and promote our brand.
- PR: Maintaining and updating our PR database to ensure we're connecting with the right people.
- E-commerce: Assisting with Shopify tasks, such as product listing and SEO optimization, to make our products easily accessible to customers.
- Orders: Placing orders.
- Content creation: Composing creative and informative newsletter/blog posts to keep our audience updated on our latest news.
- Design: Participating in the design of orders, social media content, website banners, and potentially product design process!
About the role you will have to:
- Initiating weekly one-on-one meetings with team members.
- Responding to messages promptly.
- Preparing for meetings and taking meeting notes.
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who is willing to learn and grow with our team. See if you check off these following qualifications to become the ideal candidate!
- Willingness to learn and ask questions to ensure success in the role (Very important!)
- Professional working proficiency in English to effectively communicate with our team and external vendors & clients
- Adaptable and flexible to handle different tasks and projects as needed
- Finish tasks alone and also play team work with discussions, divide and conquer!
- Timely communication and responsiveness.
- Not afraid of using and learning new tools.
- You get what you put in - At Frames of Butter, we value being proactive so much, if you are the kind of person who needs someone else to tell you what to do more than 50% of the time, this is not for you.
- Plus: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for the design position.
