To become a member of the Extra Butter Club, all you need to do is create an account on our website. You will find the log in page via the profile icon located in the top right corner of your window.

If you already have an account at Frames of Butter, simply log into your account and you’ll automatically be in the club. If you're not sure whether you have created an account before or whether you are already a member, please contact us via store chat or email for assistance.

As a member of the Extra Butter Club, you can earn points which allow you to enjoy several kinds of discounts on future purchases.

You can earn points by creating an account, placing orders on our website, following us on social media platforms, writing product reviews, and referring friends. We will also offer you birthday gifts once you complete your profile.

If you have completed a step (e.g. creating an account, placing an order, referring to a friend, etc.) but the points aren’t showing, please wait and give the system five to ten minutes to refresh. If it still isn’t responding after refreshing, please contact us for assistance.

Send the referral link to a friend, for them to create an account and receive discount via the registered email. Once they place an order, you will receive the referrer discount.

Once you log into your account, you will be able to redeem your points in your log in page. You will see the points you currently have, along with the coupon codes that you redeemed but haven’t used. When you’re ready to place an order, apply the coupon codes at checkout.

No, you will not be charged with any sort of membership fees. This club is just our way of saying thank you for shopping with us.
