The shipping time for personalized baubles is approximately 5-7 working days, all made to order. In case of a large volume of orders, additional announcements will be made and updated synchronously here.

  • Early Bird Period: Shipped no later than 12/8, depending on the logistics service you choose, you can expect to receive it in about 2-3 working days.
  • Christmas Season: Receive your order(s) by Christmas by placing order no later then 18th of December. Our last shipping day is on 21st of December, depending on the logistics service you choose, you can expect to receive it in about 2-3 working days.

We are meticulous about quality and details. In addition to the classic blown glass Christmas baubles, we've taken a different approach from the common plastic materials on the market. Upgraded it to steel, they are sturdy, which is shatter proof, allowing children to play more boldly! We aim to create elegant and durable Christmas decorations, by which our Christmas elves crafted by hand for the personalization.

There are 3 sizes, one with 2, 4 and 6 personalized baubles. Follow the steps after you selected the gift box bundle option, choose ONE bauble of the color combos you like in each step, add the gift box into cart!

A suitable international courier company will be selected according to the delivery area and package characteristics for delivery. The delivery express shown in the order on the official website will be the one that delivers to you. (International Express, such as SF Express, DHL, etc.). Because the shipping companies adjust the calculation method of the freight from time to time, the actual delivery fee displayed at the checkout will be the one to follow. The import tariff standards differs from countries. If your country wants to charge you the tariff or the additional fee for remote area after receiving the package, the cost must be paid by the buyer.

A: The product must be in a brand new condition, unopened, used or defaced, otherwise no return or exchange will be accepted. We provide a 7-day appreciation period for products (the appreciation period is not a trial period), which starts from the date of receipt of the product (including holidays). If you want to process a return or exchange, please write to us within 7 days after receiving the product (hey@framesofbutter.com), and provide "name", "order number", "contact number", "returned product name", "returning reason and photo" and other information, we will assist you in the return and exchange process.

A : Customized products are exclusive customized products, and the condition of the products is confirmed before shipment. Unless they are damaged during delivery, return and exchange services cannot be provided.

1. If the product itself is defective (definition of defective product: failure, damage, abrasion, scratches, scratches, dirt or packaging damage caused by non-human factors), please take pictures and record after receiving the product, and write to the customer service, in order to confirm that the product itself is defective or for shipping problems and the customer service will be there tho assist you on the returns and exchanges.

2. For goods returned or exchanged, please be sure to keep the original goods intact (no peculiar smell, dirt, wear and tear, processing and transformation, etc.), and complete packaging (internal and external packaging, sealing film, sealing, accompanying documents, gifts, etc.). If it is damaged, the application for return and exchange will not be accepted.

3. Customized products are exclusive customized products, and the condition of the products is confirmed before shipment. Unless they are damaged during delivery, return and exchange services cannot be provided.

4. We cannot provide returns or exchanges for "additional products" purchased at preferential prices. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

5. The product may differ slightly from the actual product due to different screens or shootingmethods. For buyers who require very precise color standards, please consider carefully before ordering.

A: If the return status is established, we will refund you in the following ways within 7-14 working days (excluding holidays):

1. For credit card payment: directly credit the payment to the original credit card account of the payment. Due to the different checkout dates of various credit card banks, please contact your bank for the actual crediting.

2. For ATM: Please provide your collection information (including: account name, bank name, branch name, bank account number). We will refund the money interest-free by bank transfer (the account to be transferred must be the account opened by the orderer), and we will notify you by e-mail when the transfer is completed.
